As Mayor of the City of Jacksonville, I invite you to join us in the support of our community’s Sesquicentennial birthday celebration.

Through the vision of its community, leaders of the City of Jacksonville incorporated the town about 150 years ago, following Oregon’s statehood. To commemorate the incorporation of the city, we are hosting a series of celebrations, which will culminate in the ten days of joyful Jubilee in Jacksonville this Sept. 17 through 25, 2010. The events of the past shaped the future of this historic town, but these future events promise to commemorate our unique history.
